The Fluidmaster 400CAR3P5 PerforMAX Toilet Fill Valve and 3" Flapper Kit is designed to offer a water-saving, high performance upgrade to your existing fill valve and flapper. Specifically made for newer high efficiency (HET) 3" flush valve toilets. The included 5403 flapper features a solid frame, a durable and secure silicone seal that lasts up to 10X longer than standard designs. Built durable from chlorine and hard water resistant materials for a long lifespan. This fully adjustable design offers adjustable arms for fit, and an adjustable dial for water-savings. Also featuring the PerforMAX fill valve, for the quietest and most powerful performance. Save water with an adjustable roller clamp, or adjust height to fit most any tank. The PerforMAX Fill Valve and 3" Flapper kit solves common fill and flush problems for HET 3" flush valve toilets, 1.28 & 1.6 GPF.
